The HPC CCS can transmit charging current of more than 500A when  charging. The use of conventional charging technology requires the use of  heavy cables. It often causes the CCS to overheat. In order to facilitate the operation of charging, the intelligent HPC charging technology uses a liquid
cooled system. In this system, the HPC Cooling Unit uses environment-friendly cooling media to provide a cold source for the CCS, which is easy to maintain. The cooling medium can cool the cable and the DC power terminal of the charging connector at the same time. The charging connector terminal has excellent thermal conductivity, so it can also act as a radiator during charging. A closed loop is formed by connecting the liquid inlet pipe and liquid outlet pipe of the HPC Cooling Unit with the CCS liquid outlet pipe and liquid inlet pipe. 

 The cooling medium is driven by the circulating pump to conduct heat dissipation circulation. CCS transfers the heat generated to the circulating cooling medium, which then transfers the heat to the radiator. The radiator achieves continuous heat dissipation through electronic fan blowing. In this process, the module collects the inlet and outlet temperature in real time through sensors, According to the collected temperature, the speed of the pump and fan is adjusted in real time to realize the real-time adjustment of the heat dissipation power, so that the CCS is within the appropriate working range, thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the HPC charging pile.
