Possible cause 1: The BMS of the electric vehicle is abnormal.Handling method: Replace the vehicle to try or reinsert the charging gun and try again.
Possible cause 2: The vehicle does not obtain the auxiliary power supply provided by the charging pile.
Solution: Check whether the charging cable is plugged in properly, whether the communication cable is loose, whether the shielding cable is grounded, and whether the auxiliary power cable is loose.
Possible cause 3: The charging cable is not properly connected or the communication cable is loose.
Solution: Use a multimeter to check the S+ and S- connectivity.
Possible cause 4: The communication protocol between the charger and the EV does not match.
Processing method: capture communication messages, feedback manufacturers on-site solution.
Possible cause 5: The charging gun is damaged
Solution: Replace the charging gun
4. the indicator is faulty
Possible cause: The AC power of the device is disconnected
Solution: Check whether the circuit breaker in the charging pile or the upper end distribution box (cabinet) is tripping. If the circuit breaker is tripping, please find out the cause and then close the circuit. It is recommended to ask an electrician for investigation.
5. No response when inserting the gun
Possible cause 1: The CC1 resistance of the mugger fails.
Treatment method: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the gun head at the gun head, determine the problem of the gun head, and replace the charging gun.
Possible cause 2: The CC1 detection of the main control board fails.
Solution: Test by replacement method. If CC1 of the main control board fails, replace the main control board.
6. dead screen phenomenon, click the screen has no reaction
Possible cause: The system is faulty, delayed, or crashes.
Solution: Press the emergency stop button, about 5 seconds later, and then flick the emergency stop button; If the display still does not respond, open the front door, disconnect the air switch, power off and restart. If it still doesn’t work, replace the screen.
7. plug gun charging no response – module offline
Possible cause 1: The 485 communication cable between the DC watt-hour meter and the control board is loose.
Solution: Multimeter Check whether the communication line between the DC energy meter and the control board 485 is improperly connected, and check whether the communication indicator of the DC energy meter is blinking.
Possible cause 2: The CAN communication of the charging module is abnormal or the charging module cannot be output.
Solution: Use a multimeter to check whether the CAN communication line between the charging module and the control board is abnormal. Open the right door to check whether the fault indicator is on or the fault code is displayed on the charging module. If the fault occurs, contact the manufacturer in time or replace the charging module of the same model for test.
